Cinram Europe
Acted as Executive Vice President to assist in restructuring company including hiring of new European President. Improved profitability and put in place a new pan European Sales organization that improved company’s performance. Personally renegotiated a pan European supply agreement accounting for about 15% of total business in region.
Cinram/POP DVD Center
Acted as Vice President Business Development for company for seven months. Restructured company making it more efficient and increased on-time delivery of its products and service
Trace Optical
Acted as interim Managing Director through period of acquisition, restructuring and ultimate sale of company.
Immediate turnaround from loss to profit in 30 days. Sold off existing backlog of inventory and led company to new opportunities in both North America and Asia.

Designed and executed the building of videotape duplication facility, the first company dedicated solely to video duplication in Canada.

Company first entered the Home Video video duplication having previously only provided service to the broadcast and corporate industries.
