I was raised on a farm in Flos and have spent most of my years in Simcoe County. The Stone side of my family tree in Springwater traces its roots back to the 1800’s or at least 7 generations. I lived in Elmvale in the early 70’s and have lived in Grenfel for the last 17 years on a small 10 acre farm. My wife Lorraine and I have been gifted with 5 children and 11 grandchildren who love the rural landscape of Springwater and enjoy the fresh air when visiting.
I want to be a good ancestor and ensure many generations to come will be able to experience Springwater’s beauty. I think I have done a good job leading Council for the last four to further develop that common vision we have for Springwater. I ask that you re-elect me as Mayor on October 22.
